It has been a month since I started adopting alkaline lifestyle. Had it not been because of my close friend who happens to be a strict proponent of alkaline diet, I should have been blinded from the true benefits of alkaline foods. Anyway, in my almost 5 weeks in the raw, I have observed and obviously noticed several changes happening to my body. I feel totally healthy in and out that I don’t even complain of any form of discomfort or any feeling of uneasiness. I have told myself that this regimen is truly effective on me hence I cannot find any reason to stop and do away with my healthy rituals. As a matter of fact, I already have an alkaline foods list.
As on now, I am drinking a wheatgrass extract in a juice preparation before I go to bed. I can say that indeed I have a healthy mind and body and with alkaline foods list around, I know I am and will always be in good hands.
