I just came across an ad on Craigslist,NY , that a Broker I know for years, Jim Turano placed. I immediately called him to confirm what I read, and it is True.

This sounds like a great price & location for a school bus company.

Queens base easy to travel to and easier to pick up the kids if a bus company wants to be near Glendale,Rego Park, Forest hills, Ridgewood, Maspeth, Elmhurst, Kew Gardens,& Middle Village.

My opinion, and since so many summer schools conducting classes, it is cost effective with rent, time, gas, & convenient for all.
