HURRICANE IRMA WILL DEVASTATE  FAMILIES, HOMES, APARTMENTS, ANIMALS, AND MANY INDUSTRIES AS WELL.  ONE INDUSTRY THAT IS NOW HEADING FOR THE CEMETERY IS THE REAL ESTATE INDUSTRY IN FLORIDA.  OVER A QUARTER OF MILLION SALES AGENTS AND BROKERS THROUGHOUT FLORIDA  WILL BE OUT OF JOBS. INCLUDING  MORTGAGE BROKERS, BANKS, TITLE COMPANY’S, ATTORNEYS, AND SURVEYORS TO.

Investors who have been buying Commercial Properties like Malls will sooner or later just give up on these types of properties in Florida. I know someone who lives here in New York, but owns and brags about his Mall in Florida. But he is always on the plane to meet roofers, construction people and insurance adjusters. Now at 78 years old he must go to Florida again to his properties that most likely will be destroyed by Hurricane Irma.  Who needs this? There is always a reason for something. You want cheap then you have to put up with flying back and forth, and weather problems like Hurricanes. So many investors for the past five years have been buying up Miami and other locations for their portfolio. Now what?

I can not imagine how many other poor industries will be affected by this Hurricane. These past two weeks have been disaster s for Texas, the Caribbean, now Florida and who is next?  How any Millions of people altogether before this is all over, will become victims.  Very sad.
