MY GOOD BUSINESS FRIEND!
My friend works at one of the so called big Realtors, and he complains too many homes for sale, and no calls. Believe that?
How is that? Well logically if you take a house listing at a price that the homeowner dictates to the agent, even though it may be out of line with current market, then you try as time goes on to knock that price down. But in the mean time it is another trophy for the Realtor for display.
Anyway, if a Broker does his/her job correctly, the house should sell in 4-6 weeks, as per my good friend and business professional, Jim Turano has stated to me in the past!
